Our online Client Interview system is available for license to other law firms. It's a pretty cool online interview and document automation solution:

• Automates the client interview process by using straightforward "plain English" online forms
• Ensures that all questions are asked and indicates if they have not been answered
• Generates a printed response of all questions and answers for the client file
• Packages up client responses and converts them into a data file for use with word processors (document automation) or for import into your client database
• Data file format can be tab-delimited (merge into Microsoft Word or import into a database) or XML (use as an answer file for HotDocs)
• Also lists all client answers in an email to the responsible lawyer or legal assistant
• Uses SSL encryption on the server and SMIME encryption for the email
• All forms can be customized - specific responses can indicate "red flags"
• Will work with any document precedents - tested extensively with Microsoft Word
• Can even do document automation on the server by generating a document using a template and the client responses and delivering it with the notification email

Dramatically reduces the time spent on each client file. No typing or retyping of client information - the client types their information into the web form and then that information can be merged into the document predecent or database without retyping anything.
