$10,000 to $25,000: $200
$25,000 to $50,000: $6 on each $1000 (0.6%)
$50,000 and above: $14 on each $1000 (1.4%) 

Alberta

$10,000 to $249,999: maximum $300
$250,000 and above: maximum $400 

Saskatchewan

$7 on each $1000 (0.7%) 

Manitoba

$0 to $10,000: $50
$10,000 and above: $6 on each $1000 (0.6%) 

Ontario

$0 to $50,000: $10 per $1,000 (1.0%)
$50,000 and above: $15 per $1,000 (1.5%)
