Simple Will for an Individual: from $249 Preparation of a simple will for an individual including initial consultations, drafting of the will, executing the will and filing a wills notice. This fee covers most wills that would commonly be made by individuals with or without minor children (including the establishment of simple trusts for children in the will). In some circumstances, your personal situation may prevent the use of a simple will (for example, if you own significant assets in different countries or if you have unresolved family law issues). Simple Will for an Individual - $349 - reduced to $249 if you use our online system. Order Now Simple Wills for a Couple: from $399 Same as above except one will for each person in a couple. The wills must be "mirror" wills in order to qualify for the couple discount. In other words, they must be essentially identical with the exception that you gift your property to each other should one of you survive the other. Order Now Estate Planning Bundle for an Individual: from $399 This package includes a Simple Will as described above, a representation agreement which permits you to name individuals to make personal care decisions for you, and a power of attorney which permits you to name individuals to handle your financial affairs in the event that you are unable to do so. Estate Planning Bundle for a Couple: from $599 This package includes simple Wills for a Couple as described above, a representation agreement for each person which permits you to name individuals (usually each other as first choice) to make personal care decisions for you, and a power of attorney for each person which permits you to name individuals (usually each other as first choice) to handle your financial affairs in the event that you are unable to do so.
